United Way receives $10,000 donation from Elevate Home Services
FORT MYERS, Fla. (July 22nd, 2026) – United Way of Lee, Hendry, and Glades has received a charitable gift of $10,000 from Elevate Home Services. The donation will be used to support the “One in a Million” campaign to close the remaining $1.3 million funding gap in the 2026-2027 annual campaign that helps sustain hundreds of critical health and human services and programs in the region.
Throughout June, as homes were preparing for hurricane season, Elevate turned home readiness into community relief. For every qualified air conditioner, water heater and whole-home generator system installed by Elevate, the company donated $100 to United Way on behalf of the customer.
Elevate completed 49 qualified installations during the month, rounded up to 50 and doubled that, resulting in a gift of $10,000 for United Way.
“We’re very appreciative of this gift from Elevate Home Services,” said Karen Turcotte, chief development officer of United Way of Lee, Hendry, and Glades. “Justin and his team know the importance of being ready for the storm and its aftermath. As our community prepares for hurricane season, this gift demonstrates the power of local businesses giving back. Their commitment to helping families stay safe and supported makes a lasting impact.”
“At Elevate Home Services, our mission is elevating lives,” said Justin Carrol, president of Elevate Home Services. “While United Way may express its mission differently, we believe our organizations share the same fundamental purpose – helping people and strengthening the communities we serve. That shared commitment made United Way a natural partner for us. With the support of our clients, we raised $4,900 through qualifying installations and Elevate was proud to match and round that contribution to a $10,000 donation to support families throughout Southwest Florida.”
