United Way of Lee, Hendry, and Glades is making progress in its One in a Million campaign, but still needs the community’s help to close a remaining $1 million gap. With demand for food, senior support, youth programs, and veteran services at an all‑time high, the organization stresses that meeting this year’s fundraising goal is critical for the 92 agencies and 260 programs it supports. Matching challenges are currently doubling all donations, giving every contribution extra impact.
